Reporting Channel

Wiseplan Consultora SpA provides its employees, clients, suppliers, and anyone else with a channel toreport workplace harassment, sexual harassment, or violence in the workplace, in accordance with Law No. 21,643, as well as violations of our Prevention Model.


How to file a report. Write to denuncias@wiseplan.cl. Your message will be received only by the individuals designated to investigate the matter, and not by any other department within the company. What we guarantee. Your report will be treated confidentially and privately: access is restricted to those conducting the investigation, and the information will not be shared beyond what the procedure requires. Wiseplan prohibits any retaliation against anyone who files a report in good faith.

About anonymity. This channel is confidential, not anonymous: when you write to us by email, your address will be visible to whoever receives the report. We prefer to make this clear before you write to us.


What data we process and why. To investigate your complaint, we process the data you provide—your identity and contact information, the facts you describe, and any supporting documentation you submit—which may include sensitive data about you or third parties. The purpose is exclusively to investigate the reported facts and take the appropriate measures. The legal basis for this processing is compliance with the employer’s legal obligations regarding the prevention and punishment of harassment and violence in the workplace. With whom it is shared. The supporting documentation is disclosed to the Labor Directorate, the courts, and the agencies designated by law, when required by the proceedings. Those involved in the investigation are subject to a duty of confidentiality, which remains in effect even after their relationship with Wiseplan has ended.


How long they are retained. The investigation file is retained for the period required by labor regulations to demonstrate compliance with the procedure, in a restricted-access repository, and is deleted upon expiration of that period.

Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction by writing to datospersonales@wiseplan.cl. The exercise of these rights is balanced against the confidentiality requirements of an ongoing investigation and the rights of other individuals involved.
