Our history

How our journey began

More than a decade ago, a group of professionals with extensive experience in human resources decided to pool their expertise to found Wiseplan. Since then, we have supported companies in multiple industries—from retail and consumer goods to mining and technology—helping them meet the challenges of people management with practical and effective solutions.

More than 12 years ago, we founded WISEPLAN with a group of professionals trained in different academic areas, but united by a common characteristic: experience in leadership and management of People Management processes.
