Talent Pool Privacy Notice

Wiseplan Consultora, S.A.

Version 1 · Effective October 5, 2026 · Previous versions

This notice informs you, in accordance with Article 14-ter of Law No. 19,628, of the conditions under which your data will be retained in the Wiseplan Consultora SpA talent database.

What is the talent pool, and what data does it include?

The talent pool is a database of individuals interested in being considered for future recruitment processes; it is not tied to a specific job opening. It includes your resume, application information, and job preferences, as provided by you.

Legal basis: your specific consent

Your inclusion in the talent pool is based solely on your free, informed, and specific consent for this purpose (Art. 12). Applying for a specific position does not automatically add you to the talent pool: inclusion requires your separate and express acceptance of this notice.

Term and Renewal

Your data will remain in the database for a maximum of two years from the date you provided your consent or from the date of your last renewal. Before it expires, we will offer you the option to renew; if you do not renew, your data will be deleted or anonymized upon expiration.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time and without providing a reason, using the same simple method you used to grant it, by sending an email to datospersonales@wiseplan.cl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to it (Art. 14 ter, subparagraph k), and results in the deletion of your data from the database.

With whom they are shared and transferred

Data from the talent database is not shared with third parties. If we invite you to participate in a specific recruitment process based on the database and you agree to participate, your participation will be governed by Notice 2, which regulates the submission of the report to the client company. Some of the website’s technology providers may be located abroad; we are verifying these access points, and if international data transfers are configured, they will be subject to Title V of Law No. 19,628.

Automated Decisions

The selection of candidates to be invited to the hiring process is carried out by people: as of the date of this notice, we do not make decisions regarding you based on the automated processing of your data that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you; A technical review based on talent is currently underway, and if its results were to alter the foregoing, this notice will be updated, and you will be informed in advance of the logic applied and the anticipated consequences (Art. 8 bis). If the database management tool were to incorporate automated support functions, these would always operate under the rule of final human decision-making; you will be informed in advance of any changes.

Your Rights

You may exercise, free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and blocking of your personal data (Articles 4 through 9 of Law No. 19,628) by submitting your request via the email address datospersonales@wiseplan.cl. Upon receipt of the request, Wiseplan will acknowledge receipt and respond no later than thirty calendar days thereafter, a period that may be extended once for up to thirty calendar days (Article 11). If, along with a request for rectification, deletion, or objection, you request the temporary blocking of your data, that request will be addressed within two business days of receipt (Art. 11).

If Wiseplan rejects your request or fails to respond in a timely manner, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency, in accordance with the law.
