Specific challenges in people management

In this context, we list three challenges for human capital management.

That is why leveraging technology to provide employee training with the support of e-learning is essential today and has become one of the most important challenges in human talent management.
  • Anticipating change. The world is evolving at a rapid pace and never stops. That is why one of the major responsibilities of human resources managers is to build teams with employees who are capable of anticipating change and seizing opportunities that allow them to constantly innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Opportunities for professional growth. Leaders must offer their teams opportunities for improvement and a career plan that allows them to feel valued and encouraged to develop professionally within the organization, keeping them constantly motivated. It is also a way to reduce turnover and build a great team, which undoubtedly represents a significant advantage over competitors.
