We are looking for a professional who has worked in human resources within companies and has subsequently taken on sales roles at HR consulting firms or related service providers, combining technical understanding of the client with sales skills.
Experience in consultative sales of B2B services is required, including lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals with executive-level clients.
The following will be given special consideration:
- Ability to translate client needs into concrete, marketable solutions
- Experience in developing and positioning service offerings
- Management of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Ability to align sales strategies with execution, ensuring consistency between what is promised and what is delivered.
